What Is A Composite External Door?
These high quality external doors compose of a timber hardwood sub-frame within is a solid core of high density polyurethane, this is then covered both sides by a tough, durable skin of glass reinforced polymer(GRP). This results in a 44m thick heavy weight, secure door, almost double the thickness of many UPVC panels. The door is hung on a 70mm steel reinforced UPVC frame, with various thresholds to choose from.
